New Songs

Wow, haven't I been busy?!

 ;)

These are a bunch of songs I wrote a while back now. As I mentioned recently, I'm going through my old song books at the moment and re-recording any that I think deserve it :)

So yesterday I sat down with said books, riffled through them and banged out a good few, just me and my guitar, no 'fancy stuff' (as yet...) And here they are for your delectation and criticism.

This song is 3 or 4 years old now so when I say 'new' I mean new to you ;)

Going through my songbook and re-recording all my old stuff is the general aim at the moment.

Going back over old stuff and coming at them from a different point of view is always interesting. Sometimes it can be cringe-worthy listening back over angsty lyrics you wrote as a teenager, but mostly, digging up old ditties and giving them a fresh airing just gets me all inspired again. I give them a tweak here and a tweak there and- ta da! ready for the world to judge- eek! 

 Many thanks to my beloved for helping my get this down.

New Song- Round In The Rain

Hey There :)

The last song for the EP is finished!

I wrote this ages ago last year. It's the first song I wrote for my beloved....

Hopefully all the songs are gonna get the once over and what not when I get my hands on Jamie's mixing stuff (... thanks honey!)

And then we'll sort artwork and stuff, with the help of Sophie Hall, my very own artist in residence ;)
